Since I’m on the topic of music it would be a fitting time to recommend a terrific Web 2.0 application called Deezer. Deezer is based in Paris, France and as they say they are the “first juke box on demand totally free in the world!” It’s a terrific site to listen to full length versions of virtually any song. As their slogan says the site is entirely free to use and doesn’t even require a login but you do have that option if you want to build a playlist. Deezer’s revenue model appears to based solely on Google Adsense advertising.
